Randy Roberts
For more than a decade Randy served as a business-minded transactional attorney advising private equity groups, family offices and operating companies with regard to strategic initiatives, including company formation and governance, capital markets, debt and equity financing, human resource management, product commercialization, real estate and commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
From his experience in the trenches, Randy has become highly skilled at assessing value and risk, and identifying value-creating opportunities. Randy consistently excels at underwriting, structuring and executing complicated transactions.
A Colorado native, Randy graduated summa cum laude from Regis University in 2002 and from Harvard Law School in 2005. Active in the community, Randy has been repeatedly named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine, was selected as one of Denver’s 40 under 40 by the Denver Business Journal in 2015, and is a member of the Leadership Denver Class of 2016.
TIM CRAFT
Tim Craft has over fifteen years of entrepreneurial finance and acquisition experience. As a principal, he has led buy-side transactions exceeding $150M in aggregate value in the natural resources, technology, real estate and construction industries.
Tim is also highly skilled in the areas of real estate development, venture capital, and capital markets.
Tim is originally from Fort Worth, Texas and has been a resident of Denver, Colorado since 1997. Tim is a graduate of the University of Denver.

Most recently, he spent 10 years as the Operating Partner and Director for a $1 billion Private Equity firm where he identified the opportunity potential in target companies, developed the strategic plans and oversaw the operational implementation of growth initiatives, ensuring that companies maximize their potential; often taking an interim CEO role and developing management teams and providing Board leadership as Chairman. He has extensive experience in due diligence, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, streamlining operations, solving complex challenges and multi-unit replication across multiple industries.
Prior to Private Equity, his career included C-Level positions in the medical services, multi-unit retail and restaurant, business services, technology, healthcare and manufacturing and distribution industries.
